John and his whole crew were very easy to work with, available to work quickly, did an excellent job on the work itself, and were very reasonably priced. Very happy with their service

I would like to give an account of my wonderful experience with your My home had water damage due to moisture within my walls which required drywall painting flooring and replacement of cabinets in my kitchen. The team led by Will was exceptional! Even when I placed the initial call to this company I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.Every process to take place to restore my kitchen was explained to me so I knew what to expect and who would be responsible for each task.Arrival times were prompt and I was given an estimation of how long each tasks would take.Any questions I had were answered promptly as well Upon completion everything was clean and no debris was left. will and his crew were amazing!! I definitely would recommend this company and use this company for future work to be done in other my home as well as friends and family members. You won't be disappointed!!

Very professional and very kind. Took all of my concerns very seriously and finished the job in a very quick manner. I had a well pipe out in the yard leak into the house through the wall and had my walls and floor completely damaged in my basement. They managed to fix everything very quickly for me.

John DeSantis was wonderful to work with on the phone. Dean, our project manager, was equally professional. The 911 restoration team worked quickly and I had a new basement in a week. Dean and John are very knowledgeable when it comes to basement restoration due to water damage. We had a question about some closet doors that the flooring guys had to remove, but didn't rehang. Dean took care of it without a second thought. I am thoroughly pleased.

911 Restoration rebuilt my entire basement to include a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower after my house flooded due to a Busted water heater. Their work was expertly done in a reasonable amount of time and the finished product is amazing.
